Terms and Conditions

Client agrees to pay for all purchases of chauffeured transportation's services rendered and such other charges. No terms and conditions of any agreement, reservation or order different from the standard terms will become part of any transaction unless specifically approved in writing by SEDAN EXPRESS.

PRICING OF SERVICES

The Client hereby agrees to the pricing of services in accordance with the SEDAN EXPRESS pricing structure in effect at the time the reservation is made. Said pricing structure is public record and is available upon request. The Client consents to the said pricing structure regardless of whether or not such pricing structure is requested or reviewed. “Packaged” pricing shall be paid at the contracted guaranteed by the contract signor or responsible party, if said contract signor is acting on their behalf. For large programs or special events, a deposit may be required in order to confirm said services and if deemed necessary must accompany the signed agreement for said services that is to be executed by SEDAN EXPRESS on behalf of the contractor. There is minimum one and a half (1.5) hour charge. All trips are subject to 20% gratuity.

RESERVATION AND PROCEDURES

Reservations confirmed via contract must be signed by an authorized signor on behalf of the Client and an authorized SEDAN EXPRESS representative. Contracts must be originated by SEDAN EXPRESS, evidence of which is indicated by SEDAN EXPRESS letterhead, logo, or other approved SEDAN EXPRESS document. A complete list of persons authorized to sign any contract for services on behalf of SEDAN EXPRESS is available upon request.

FORCE MAJEURE

Each party shall not be liable for any failure delay in performing its obligations under the Service Contract, and each party shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations there under, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states or emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of all parties. In the event of a force majeure, SEDAN EXPRESS shall return to Client all deposits paid by it to SEDAN EXPRESS.

BILLINGS

All charges, invoices, and/or contracts will be generated by/through SEDAN EXPRESS’S corporate office located at 1718 Hughey Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741, USA. Charges to your credit card account will be made as services are rendered and/or due for services contracted, ordered and provided.

CONTINUOUS CHARTER PROVISION: Where the Customers request transportation requiring the passengers to be dropped off and then picked up again at the same location within 90 minutes of the time of drop off for further services, the transportation will be considered as on continuous charter and the customer will be charged for the interim waiting time.

VEHICLE DAMAGE AND CLEAN-UP FEE: The customers will be charged the actual cost: (1) to repair damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger’s intentional acts or negligence; or (2) where special cleaning beyond the carrier’s normal procedure is required because of the passenger’s intentional acts or negligence. A fee of smoking $100, for each carpet or seat burn $ 200, Sanitation fee is 250.00.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

Any additions, changes, or cancellations must be committed to in writing. Any additions will be charged at the time they are added at the same rate, unless otherwise agreed upon by both SEDAN EXPRESS and the contract signor or responsible party. Changes will be accommodated whenever possible, and fees collected accordingly. Except in the case of the Force Majeure, refunds will not apply to cancellation that cause the actual number of people to fall under the previously guaranteed number and amount of the collected payment. Consideration and review will be given to such situations as they arise. Any consideration or refunds will be agreed upon by SEDAN EXPRESS in writing and will be made in the same form as payment was made

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW FEES

If you contact us to cancel: a. more than 24 hours in advance (for transfers, one-way trips, or one of the legs of a round trip) or b. more than 48 hours in advance (for charter, hourly, and special events bookings), you will be refunded any amount paid minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the GREATER of either $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) or 25% (twenty-five percent) of the agreed-upon total Rate of your reservation. Otherwise, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us as we might be willing to give a partial refund in certain situations..A no-show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip, plus any applicable waiting time fee, will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designed location.
